In order to safeguard against these bad actors please be aware that Wrike would never ask for money for ‘equipment’ or ‘shipping cost’ and would never ask for banking information or personal information via email.
Please review these tips for staying safe during your job search and recruitment process with Wrike:
- Wrike only advertises open positions and collect applications on our career's page (www.wrike.com/jobs) or professional websites such as LinkedIn or Indeed.
- Wrike only communicates and conducts interviews over the phone and professional video platforms like Zoom, or in-person. All our team members have an official company email address.
- Wrike will never use social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger or What's App or Instagram Direct Message to communicate with job applicants.
- During the recruitment process, Wrike may request information such as your resume, contact details, and whether you have legal work authorization. However, we will never ask for sensitive data such as your social security number or banking details.
- If you are given an offer, all sensitive information will be collected via our secure systems for employment and payroll purposes, not via email.
- Wrike will never ask you for money, or credit card information or promise to send you money during the recruitment process.
